How to: Grip a Skateboard

Hello. This is a How To: Grip tape. I like to keep a skate tool box for all of my skating needs.

Make sure you have a skate tool, grip tape, and a utility blade.











You need to have a skateboard deck as well.








Carefully place grip tape on the deck in your desired fashion.

I like to use my skateboard truck to grind down the edges. It makes it easier to cut the gripe tape.

Cut the edges with a utility blade.Your board should not have any gripe tape sticking out. It should look clean.












Tighten the hardware on your trucks.

Now your are ready to use your skateboard!
